Yeah, I really don't have anything too insightful to say here. Just kinda gobsmacked that a corporation has been so successful at capturing the American desire to save money on things that they've managed to create an entire holiday that other companies now need to follow along with (Best Buy has a Black Friday in July Sale one right now). In fact, Prime Day is proof positive that Amazon is the trend setter that we need to Boycott - their made up Holiday has consumed the calendar in July, and others have had to follow along. Imagine if they started setting some kind of positive labor environment?
Don't give in to the madness, friends. That thing on sale right now? You almost certainly don't need it... and if you do need it, you sure don't need it to arrive tomorrow.
"the American desire to save money on things" -- very unAmerican to pass up a deal!
